After decades in the family business, John took a leap of faith to pursue his true passion: empowering others to reclaim their health, strength and confidence through fitness.
His expertise was forged through his own personal struggles and battles. As someone who once struggled with insulin resistance, 100+ pounds of excess weight, chronic fatigue, and muscles loss, he understands the frustration of starting from scratch. He lived the cycle of false starts, gym intimidation and programs that just didn’t fit real life.
That’s why his approach is different. No judgement. No one-size-fits all routines. Just science backed training designed for lasting results especially for those managing metabolic challenges and rebuilding strength.
With experience guiding hundreds of clients through their health transformations he also specializes in two key areas:
